Located just minutes from Central London, we offer an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities: Independently manage a diverse caseload of patients with specialized palliative care needs. Conduct thorough backssments and implement tailored occupational therapy interventions for individuals with life-limiting illnesses. Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring their active involvement. Continuously evaluate and adjust therapy interventions to address evolving patient needs. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying sensitive information with empathy. Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to enhance symptom management and improve patients' overall quality of life. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Science BSc degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC for physiotherapy. Evidence of ongoing professional development post-graduation. Membership in a relevant specialist interest group. Demonstrated expertise acquired through post-graduate physiotherapy training.
