Your primary responsibility will be to assist passengers as they navigate the airport journey, from Terminal and check-in procedures, through security, all the way to the special assistance departure lounge and boarding the plane, among other tasks. Your role as a Customer Service Agent is pivotal in ensuring an outstanding customer experience for all passengers. Your approach will be characterized by efficiency, empathy, and calmness, ensuring that every passenger feels welcomed and cared for during their visit to Bristol Airport. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with diverse individuals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively. Availability to work flexible shifts, including early.
