C and C Search are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a new division of an Accountancy Firm All about the company I would be working for What they do: Accounting organisation Size of the business: Global and growing The Job: Job Title: Payroll Specialist/Manager Role length: Permanent Hybrid: London (2:3 day in the office ideally, but open for discussion) Salary: GBP32,000 : GBP45,000 ( D. o E) UPS: Increidble growth opportunitines in the business. Great Benefits and Pension Scheme. What would I be doing day to day? Organistaion recently offering Payroll servcies to clients. Sole charge payroll position with full responsibility of running varied payrolls of 300+ employees for existing clients (one other payroll specialist to be hired to work alongside this position in next 6:12 months) Main responsibilities include: Managing complex payroll of over 300 employees across multiple clients Accurately process statutory payments Fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders Authorising BACS, summary reports and analyses. Supporting implementation of Bright Pay Submitting accurate/timely tax filings Overseeing accurate P60s and P11ds Partnering with IT on system upgrades What is the company looking for? 3+ years payroll experience is essential Experience going through a payroll implementation is preferred Advanced Excel proficiency. Essential CIS Scheme Complex manual calculations. Essential CIPP Foundation Degree minimum.
