Senior Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager – Retail and hospitality business Location: Watford Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 +Hybrid working We are working with a dynamic retail and hospitality business who ate going through considerable UK and US expansion. The business in the UK matures, the team are looking to expand their senior UK finance team. The ideal individual will have some qualifications, commercial know-how and strong experience in a multi-site retail and hospitality experience. Key responsibilities: Partner with key business functions across head office to provide effective challenge and support across cost and revenue performance. Support decision-making, utilising analysis to provide detailed insight Work with operational and leadership teams to create and implement solutions for underperforming business areas Support and challenge new business innovations, change and new products Weekly, monthly and yearly reporting Balance sheet preparation and reporting Highlight and communicate risks and opportunities Provide financial insight to marketing teams Work with Finance Managers across the wider finance team to identify and implement actions to support overall development Lead a passionate team of junior to mid-finance members Support cost-saving solutions and incentives Drive continuity and ensure effective system and process implementation and use. healthy minds, bodies and routines for our team members • Workplace Options, our confidential team member assistance programme for when life gets tricky or you need a little guidance • Access to a wide range of training programmes to help your career development Key criteria: ACCA / CIMA qualified – CIMA preferred.
