The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm, and will be responsible for a range of duties related to real estate transactions. Job Overview:Handle various aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.Experience with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects is a significant plus.Provide high-quality legal services with a focus on research, writing, and effective communication. Duties:Assist with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate issues.Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to provide pragmatic legal advice. Requirements:2-4 years of real estate transactional experience.Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the United States.Strong research and writing skills.Excellent academic credentials.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Membership in the Bar in the United States. Skills:Experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.Knowledge of hotel and resort projects and/or development projects is a plus.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
