The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience and will be responsible for a range of duties related to acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. Job Overview:Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.Preferred candidates will have experience with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects.Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence are required. Duties:Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions.Assist with due diligence investigations and negotiations for real estate transactions.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate matters.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and execute real estate strategies. Requirements:2-4 years of real estate transactional experience.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Membership in the Bar in the United States.Strong research and writing skills.Excellent academic credentials.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Membership in the Bar in the United States. Skills:Experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.Knowledge of hotel and resort projects and/or development projects is a plus.Strong research and writing skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
