They are looking to add a junior specialist to their team with 2-5 years experience. Please ONLY apply if you have at least one year of experience in Employee Benefit Plan Auditing. 401ks, etc. This is a remote, contract position and expected to work 40 hours per week on a U. S. A. East Coast time zone (9am-5pm, M-F). My client’s firm specializes in the following services: Audits, Reviews, Compilations, and Preparation Services: Compilation and Preparation Services for small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations Compilations and Preparation Services for Financial Statements to Assist 11-K Filers Audits and Reviews Form 5500 filings Valuation Services: Valuation Services for Financial Reporting Valuation Services for Estate, Gift-Tax, and other Business Purposes Valuation Services for Businesses in Relation to Sales, Acquisitions, and Litigation Also assist companies in applying the provisions of Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) 805, Business Combinations, or in evaluating impairment of assets (including goodwill) in accordance with ASC 350, Intangibles. If you have experience with these services, please apply. We are looking for someone who possesses great attention to detail, is highly organized and can manage detailed processes. In addition, they must have strong accounting experience, business acumen and great English communication skills (both writing and speaking).
