Job Function: Responsible for various clerical services relating to the payroll functions. This includes the preparation, processing and reporting of employee and pensioner personal data, the investigation and correction of payroll errors. Process payroll activities in accordance with payroll processing procedures, collective agreements, HR policies, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data. Perform various other clerical duties as assigned by Supervisor. Job Description: Payroll Processing and Reporting: Prepare and process day-to-day payroll clerical activities including but not limited to processing employee data, creating my HR cases and tasks, stop payment processing. ) Prepare wires or cheque requisitions for Off-Cycle payments Complete Record of Employment Processing Assemble and summarize various employee or payroll data for report preparation. Run and distribute various reports and logs including but not limited to my HR, SAP, audit and overpayment reports. Overpayment activities including retrieving, saving and sending overpayment letters. Payroll Inquiry / Requests: Provide Employee Data and Payroll information via my HR cases per required SLAs. Action requests to provide pay information and documents including pay statements, T4 slips Payments, Remittances, Communication, and Reporting Receive, distribute cheques and send mails. .
