The incumbent will have the opportunity to drive project(s) through the organization, leading multi-functional teams and interacting with Senior Leaders.The Supplier Quality Management (SQM) organization ensures every single material inside our products is manufactured, processed, tested, packaged, stored and distributed aligned with our incredibly high standards of quality and meets all regulatory requirements.Partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers we create an interdependent global manufacturing network committed to deliver a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe.The project(s) would be within a specific area, which would be identified upon acceptance; however, the following areas are potential areas that the incumbent would support:-Risk Management and Assessments-Supplier Management Systems and Strategic Projects-Data Visualization Tools - dashboards, metrics for data managementPrimary Activities:Develop a project plan to address the strategy/problem statement that you will be working onSchedule routine meetings with the necessary stakeholdersActively participate in the Tier process and use this forum to make concerns visibleMaintain metrics and tracking of progress on project.Ensure all data is in compliance with cGMPs, GLPs and departmental procedures is of the highest integrity, quality and accuracyRequired Education Experience and Skills:Candidate must be current student (sophomore, junior or senior) enrolled in a B.S. in Scientific/Engineering/Data Analytics field programCandidates must have experience with data analysis via SpotfireCandidates must have proficient in use of MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS TeamsCandidates must have data analytics and data visualization toolsCandidates must have demonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility, collaboration and inclusion skills, and ability to work in a team environmentCandidates must have demonstrated self-starter with capability to develop innovative solutions to challengesCandidates must have proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to apply key conceptsCandidate must have speaks with courage and candorCandidates must have strong written and verbal communication skillsOur Manufacturing & Supply Division is dedicated to being the most trusted supplier of bio-pharmaceuticals worldwide.
