Schedules and Rate of Pay: 2 Full-Time schedules: Option 1 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00am-4:00pm Option 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 2:00pm-12:00am Total 40 hours per week $19.00 per hour Overtime/ time and a half eligible. Qualifications: Associate’s Degree and minimum 1 years' experience in direct care – Required Two years of experience providing direct care to adolescent boys - Preferred Valid driver’s license to utilize company provided vehicle – Required Ability to obtain and maintain the following certifications: Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) First Aid/CPR Medication Administration About This Position: Position dedicated to direct supervision and care of adolescent males living in a therapeutic group home. Works under the direction of Residential Supervisor to carry out daily schedules, implement behavior management and treatment plans, and support the physical care of resident’s while being sensitive to unique clinical issues such as mental status changes, suicidal ideation/gestures, aggressive responses, medication responses, positive and negative family interactions, and increased psychiatric symptoms. Staff will create, maintain, and ensure a safe environment for residents at home and in the community.
