Providing constructive feedback for continual improvement. Experience in: Designing and executing test programs. Vehicle system data logging and test systems. Calibration development and delivery. Validation methodology and process development. Hybrid system development/implementation preferred. Demonstrate knowledge of: Hybrid powertrain systems and test facilities. Product validation procedures. Efficient data analysis techniques using MATLAB scripts. Qualifications: Minimum 2.1 degree in engineering. Postgraduate degree MSc/Ph D in a relevant subject preferred. Be: Flexible, agile, and willing to travel. Competitive and self-motivated. Credible and trusted. Proactive in managing accountabilities. Your role involves: Supporting vehicle system testing for final development. Guiding and conducting vehicle tests to validate power unit control strategies. Investigating hybrid powertrain issues affecting vehicle performance. Developing in-house analysis tools. Supporting vehicle testing locally and internationally. Additional responsibilities include: Developing design verification and product validation procedures. Owning data analysis tools.
