This company has recently embarked on a £5 million project with an additional £2 million in the pipeline In this Sales Manager role based near Hastings, East Susinteraction, you'll be stationed on-site while also travelling throughout Europe to meet clients and prospects face-to-face. Requirements for this Sales Manager role: -Mechanical Engineering exposure, either as an engineer or salesperson. -5+ years of field sales experience for candidates from a sales background. -Strong knowledge of Steam Turbines and Generators would be beneficial but not essential. -Willingness to travel extensively. -Leadership skills for team management and a drive to cultivate a successful sales team. Compensation: Competitive salary £50,000 – £70,000, un capped commission, company car, pension, and more. This is a superb opportunity where you can drive an exciting phase of growth in the business.
