Your Role: You will play a crucial role in the sales team and be tasked with managing your list of target clients. You will introduce them to our products, guide them through an exemplary sales process, and ensure a seamless transition to our customer success team. This team will provide comprehensive training on each product to maximise their use. Your primary goal is to bring new recruitment agency brands on board and foster a high-performance culture. What You'll Do: Prospect and engage with the recruitment industry to highlight the advantages of our Saa S solutions. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to identify their needs and present our products as the optimal solution. Apply proven sales methodologies to progress through the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Work collaboratively with marketing and customer success teams to guarantee smooth onboarding, implementation, and continuous satisfaction. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our solutions effectively during presentations and product demos. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position our products advantageously.
