Position Overview The General Foreman plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on- site. With a focus on efficiency, safety, and adherence to established standards and schedules, this role ensures successful project execution. Responsibilities Site Management Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-Ensure adherence to project specifications, plans, and quality Team Leadership Lead and motivate on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and Provide clear direction, set expectations, and cultivate a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Schedule and Resource Management Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project Efficiently manage on-site resources to meet project milestones and Safety Compliance Uphold and promote a robust safety culture on-Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with safety Quality Control Implement and uphold quality control measures to meet or surpass industry Conduct routine inspections and address any quality-related issues Communication Facilitate transparent communication between on-site teams, subcontractors, and project Provide timely progress reports, raise concerns, and communicate issues to project Qualifications Proven experience as a General Foreman in civil engineering or construction projects,.
