Duties: -Sell contacts and eyeglasses - Be able to pull vision insurance - Be able to dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses to patients - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed- Assist with inventory management and restocking- Handle customer inquiries- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Experience: - Previous optical retail experience preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong knowledge of products and services offered (eyeglasses - lens types and contact lenses)- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
