Plano 1 (31061), United States of America, Plano, TexasXD Research Operations Manager - Financial Services DesignOur Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team is looking for a dynamic Sr. Project Manager - Research Operations Lead to join the team! In this exciting role, you will work closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver results for XD Research Operations initiatives, projects, and more.Working in close partnership with a cross-functional program team, you will partner with other delivery and project leads to design and manage how work is delivered and have a direct impact on the operational integrity of the XD. You will support the broader team in resolving problems to support both internal teams, our partners and our customers.Work autonomously on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on XD.Effectively and independently identify and solve problems to improve current and future projects.Influence team and leadership as needed to ensure a timely, well-managed deliverable; partner closely with junior level associates to provide knowledge transfer and coaching, where appropriate.Drive research operations projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed.Design, develop, and manage processes in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work. Remain highly organized and process-oriented with attention to detail, while establishing context and sound reasoning for data-driven decision making.Ensure status reports are submitted regularly, accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all relevant stakeholders. Maintain key project documentation.Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Includes clarifying and defining business needs, requirements and use cases.Proactively identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent. Identify ways to improve and streamline business processDemonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomesBuild relationships as an active and engaged member of a team that is working on delivering features to our associates and / or customersDrive outcomes-first approaches to problem solving, thinking beyond constraints to find creative solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership that effectively drives process improvements and operational stabilityMust be able to influence and organize a team of individuals to effectively achieve goalsExhibit a proven track record of project management and execution on large, cross-functional projectsDemonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demandsDemonstrate an ability to write clear, concise documentation and communicationsPossess deep comfort in spreadsheets and JIRA, and with both quantitative and qualitative reportingPartner with internal stakeholders and functional performers to capture, track and drive resolution of defects and enhancementsFacilitate data updates and communicate impacts to key performers and stakeholdersManage program communications, leveraging central repository for archival of artifactsCreate, drive and maintain communications.
