The ideal candidate will bring complementary expertise to this field and have a background in a sophisticated law firm environment.Duties:Provide legal counsel and support in healthcare transactional matters, with a focus on private equity transactions.Offer expert guidance on regulatory compliance, mergers, acquisitions, and other healthcare-related legal issues.Collaborate with clients to structure, negotiate, and close complex healthcare transactions.Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for healthcare clients.Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts related to healthcare transactions.Requirements:A minimum of 7 years of transactional legal experience.Strong interest in healthcare transactional work, particularly private equity transactions.Experience in healthcare and other complementary areas is a plus.Previous employment in a sophisticated law firm environment.Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills.Admission to practice in Texas (TX).Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:State Bar admission in Texas (TX).Skills:In-depth knowledge of healthcare transactional law.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Proficiency in drafting legal documents and contracts.Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare.Ability to work collaboratively and provide practical legal solutions. This is the Houston office of a law firm that has international offices in Europe, Russia, and beyond.
