Be Authentic Practice Humility Cultivate Teamwork Value Time Be Trustworthy Summary We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our establishment and ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded. Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $25/ hr Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions, including room revenue, guest accounts, and cash drawer balances. Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, charges, and credits, resolving any discrepancies as needed. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports, including the Night Audit report, to management and other departments. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to exceed guest expectations. Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift. Process late-night arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing information. Perform routine security checks of hotel premises to ensure guest safety and security. Complete administrative tasks, including filing paperwork, updating guest records, and maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
