You should be super smart, an organizer, a fast learner, a positive person, and a great communicator able to find creative solutions while being polite, polished, professional, and discreet. Responsibilities: • Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties• Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients• Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites• Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results• Create beautiful videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly Qualifications: • Prefer real estate videography experience but will train • Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must • Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment• Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments• Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines Compensation: $36,000-$45,000 About Company: Urban Cool Homes is in the business of helping people - we just happen to sell real estate.
