Some responsibilities are, but not limited to: Function as a technical SME on implementation of major projects Will be part of a team that supports Operation Management Systems in the STO Computer Operation department Responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts, from project initiation through post-implementation support, while following and enforcing the department change management process to ensure the timing of the changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems Responsible for working on all aspects of new applications development as well as vendor systems implementations: planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, training, implementation, and ongoing technical support Work on the day-to-day support of existing applications, problem-solving, and issue resolution Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools and follow procedures and guidelines to ensure complete compliance with the regulatory requirements, including NERC CIP and FERC Standards of Conduct requirements Be on-call during off-hours on a rotation basis This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime. **All Candidates Must be Authorized to Legally Work in the US Without Sponsorship** Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully.
