Full Job Description Full Job Description WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT... Has a HS diploma or equivalent Has excellent communication and customer service skills/strong phone skills Has the ability to analyze problems and determine solutions Is a team player, with ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment Has excellent computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Online Insurance Websites and Dentrix Dental Software. TASKS YOU WILL BE PERFORMING... Review appointment schedules against patient records to ensure all patient demographic, referral, insurance and information is properly recorded in the record Complete audit and correction of patient information at least two weeks prior to the scheduled service, and communicate with patient ahead of scheduled service.
