Company Ventures is looking for a founding engineer for StealthCo, a new company on a mission to provide infrastructure to the healthcare industry that enables rapid innovation and advanced technologies 5x more efficiently at scale. To realize this vision, we are seeking a passionate and visionary Technical Founder to lead our early-stage development efforts. Responsibilities: As the Technical Founder at StealthCo, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our ambitious vision to life. Your responsibilities will encompass leading the early development of a data integration platform for healthcare enterprises. This role demands not only technical expertise but also the creativity to design and execute innovative Proof of Concepts. With your hands-on coding, strong architectural design, and cloud infrastructure management skills, you will be at the forefront of healthcare technology advancement. Lead the early development of a platform utilizing AI for healthcare data integration. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform architectural design. Hands-on coding and rigorous testing to ensure platform robustness. Effective vendor management and oversight of end-to-end MVP development. Actively interface with early partners and customers to gather insights. Spearhead the design and execution of Proof of Concepts. Leverage your expertise in cloud infrastructure management. Qualifications: To excel as our Technical Founder, you will need more than just technical know-how; you will need a passion for healthcare innovation. Your proficiency in back-end heavy architecture design and API development, combined with your expertise in cloud infrastructure management, will be crucial. What truly sets you apart, however, is your ability to thrive in ambiguity and your unwavering commitment to solving complex healthcare challenges. If you possess an insatiable curiosity, visionary thinking, and a relentless problem-solving mindset, you are the candidate we are looking for. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on software development experience. Proficiency in back-end heavy architecture design. Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure management. Proven track record of rapid iteration and MVP design. Expertise in API development and management. Comfort and excitement in navigating ambiguity. Understanding of healthcare economics and financial responsibilities. Experience in managing software teams and PnL responsibilities.
