Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent academic credentials.Job Duties:Conduct patent prosecution activities for clients in various technology domains, including 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front end.Draft patent applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents.Conduct patentability and prior art searches.Collaborate with attorneys and inventors to assess and strategize patent portfolio development.Provide technical expertise and analysis in patent litigation matters.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.Expertise in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.Excellent academic credentials.Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Certifications:Must be registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register for the USPTO.Skills:Proficiency in patent prosecution processes and procedures.Ability to conduct patentability and prior art searches effectively.Strong technical understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in relevant software tools and databases for patent research and drafting.
