The ideal candidate should understand complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate MA, and financings. Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with a keen understanding and appreciation of the business of real estate investing.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate real estate matters.Draft and negotiate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various real estate transactions.Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex real estate projects.Assist in due diligence investigations and risk assessments for real estate transactions.Attend meetings, negotiations, and closings as required.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate real estate transactions.Experience with joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate MA, and financings.Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of corporate real estate transactions.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools.
