Key attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Negotiation skills, including difficult conversations Effective management of diverse priorities in a stressful environment Resilience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the care of patients in collaboration with the responsible Resident Medical Officers, Registrars, Fellow Consultants, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals. Providing specialist medical services to consumers. Managing the care of all patients allocated to them in collaboration with the responsible Resident Medical Officers, Registrars, Fellow Consultants, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
