Working within the Alcohol and Other Drugs Service, you will provide backssment and treatment services for individuals with alcohol and other drug use disorders in both inpatient and community settings. Working within the Alcohol and Other Drugs Service, you will provide backssment and treatment services for individuals with alcohol and other drug use disorders in both inpatient and community settings. Your role will involve providing leadership within the department to enhance care quality, develop care processes, monitor emerging issues, and drive positive change. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential attributes for this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide psychiatric backssment, diagnosis, and treatment to adult patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
