As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be a part of the Customer Service Department and will play a key role within the team, providing a link between internal departments and the customer base. Duties will include: Marshalling the product knowledge for allocated product areas Responding to customer queries Raising claims and queries Maintaining product data and ensuring circulation as required Producing quotes Supporting the Sales team To carry out the tasks set by manager Engage with the training provided and learn the company products, policies and ethos The candidate: To be successful in the role of Technical Product Specialist, you will have a technical background with a can-do approach.
