Senior Maintenance Surveyor Hybrid role - working from home, our office in One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle and our properties/depots across the North-East Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Circa £45,000 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan Ready to grow? Then read on? We have a fantastic grow our own opportunity for you to join our Repairs and Maintenance team as Senior Maintenance Surveyor. You? ll lead our brilliant team of Surveyors in providing predicable, reliable and consistent outcomes that improve the quality standards and safety of our homes, delivering on our customer promise. You? ll report to Gary our Maintenance and Contract Manager, with lots of support as you grow with us. Typical day as Senior Maintenance Surveyor Leading our team of brilliant Maintenance Surveyors, driving quality through surveying that enables us to meet our standards for repairs. You? ll support, guide and develop your team, making it a great place to work. Providing technical expertise to your team, subcontractors, suppliers and internal trades. Through regular audits, pre and post inspections of works, you? ll ensure high performance, provide assurance on the quality of works, meeting legal, regulatory and statutory compliance. Management of contractors and performance with your area, ensuring works are completed to agreed standards. You? ll influence appropriately to resolve any issues or disputes on contractual works. Delivery of operating plans and KPI? s, utilising customer insight and driving continuous improvement to support us in delivering on our customer promise.
