As a Legal Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing effective support to the office. If this sounds like an opportunity of interest, then please read on ROLE: Legal Receptionist – Conveyancing Department SALARY: £20,000 to £22,000LOCATION: Bridgend Main Responsibilities Provide support to paralegals, the office manager, and other staff, for the smooth operation of the office. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch. Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. Preparing correspondence using our case management system. Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files. Requirements Excellent experience in reception duties. Experience in working within a legal environment. Ideally have some administration experience within residential conveyancing but not essential.
