As their Financial Controller, you will be a key part of our Finance team and report directly to the CFO. The role is crucial in overseeing all financial activities, ensuring UA92s financial health and sustainability. You will lead a team which is responsible for managing their core month: end processes. This will include management and statutory accounts preparation, payroll, AP and AR. We are looking for somebody who can hit the ground running and own these processes but also help design and build their future finance function as they continue to grow the organisation. The role will help ensure we are optimising financial resources, making informed strategic decisions and implementing robust financial processes and controls. Your ability to analyse financial data, provide insightful recommendations and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders will be vital in driving the institution towards continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Payroll Treasury Tax Fixed Assets Record to Report (Accounting) Charity and Bursary payments Manage a team of Finance Officers in support of these processes. .
