Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter-from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.How you will make contributions that matter... * Lead insights related aspects of joint business planning initiatives including recommendations for pricing, promotion and assortment strategies with our largest retail customers. * Deliver strategic recommendations to develop and implement category strategy. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Marketing, Innovation and Sales to execute and generate insights to drive decision making. * Work with data vendors to provide Best-in-Class reporting for the organization. * Facilitate the automation of reporting within the current set of data tools. * Provide additional ad hoc analysis upon request.You are best suited for the role if you... * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience. * 3+ years of experience in marketing, category management, consumer insights or related field. CPG preferred. Knowledge of ingredient sales strongly desired. * Expertise with retail data sources (e.g. Circana, Nielsen, 84.51 Stratum, Mintel). * Proficient in MS Office Suite.
