Intermediate Administrative Coordinator 1Part-Time: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30 Hours a week)Pay: $21.50Purina Animal Nutrition is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to work in our Lincoln, Nebraska, location. The ideal applicant possesses excellent customer service skills, maturity, integrity, and strong attention to detail. Successful candidates prioritize attendance and are reliable and punctual. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are also essential.This position is benefit-eligible for 30 hours per week (6 hours/day, M-F).Standard job focuses include:Prepare documents necessary for the warehouse to fill ordersWork with transportation to ensure plant-to-plant deliveries are timelyProcess truck loading and unloading paperworkAnswer phones and direct phone callsProcess payrollAssist in monthly inventory cycle counts (One Saturday a month)Arrange and plan company outings and eventsOversee yearly uniform ordering processCommunicate with a diverse group of people from a variety of departmentsOrder office, janitorial, and safety suppliesSkills required:Solid Microsoft Office skillsExcellent typing and computer skillsCritical reasoning skillsExcellent organization and strong attention to detailAbility to work effectively with many different types of peopleCompetencies required:Excellent attendanceProfessional, friendly demeanorTeam oriented attitudeSelf-starter/Self-motivatedExperience-Education (Required):High school diploma/GED Competencies-Skills (Required):Proficiency with the MS Office suite of programs.Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.High level of initiative for problem resolution and continuous improvement efforts.Ability to work with teams cross-functionally.Detail oriented. Experience-Education (Preferred):At least one year ofexperience in administrative or customer serviceis desired but not requiredCompetencies-Skills (Preferred):Experience with accounts payables in a manufacturing /warehouse environment preferred. Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards/OracleWell-developed time management and multi-tasking skillsAbility to communicate in a variety of methods and with a variety of personalitiesAbility to deal with ambiguityAbility to deal with a changing/evolving environment EOE M/F/Vets/Disabled.
