Data Compliance Officer Location Hybrid - Home Based and Hospice Sites across the South West Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Hours: Full time Salary: £26,711 to £29,052 per annum About Us: We are an established and successful charity providing hospice care for children with life limiting conditions and their families in the South West of England. What you will be doing: This role will work closely with the Care digital team and Lead for Quality in order to support and embed the roll out, central maintenance, audit and data essentials within our Care digital systems providing assurance, compliance and effective reports in accordance with CHSW requirements, national Governance frameworks and standards such as CQC, NHS England, ICO and NHS record retention guidance. This is a hybrid role, working from Little Bridge House as required (other CHSW hospice locations may be considered as a base), on a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current CHSW staff, this post could be considered as a secondment opportunity. The Successful Candidate: You must be driven around Quality Improvement and Digital Transformation within care as well as strong communication and engagement skills as the role requires working with a number of internal and external professionals. You will be able to work on your own initiative, prioritise workloads, have an eye for detail, strong all-round communication skills and have prior experience working in a busy environment. Experience of working within a care or similar environment would be advantageous.
