They are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team and handle diverse projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities: Work within the strong QS team, reporting to the Associate QS. Independently manage key local commissions. Participate in design team meetings, providing advice to clients. Conduct quality checks on junior staff. Manage documentations adhering to QA procedures. Provide cost advice following RICS guidance notes. Handle tender documentation and administration processes. Prepare contracts and manage post-contract cost management. Perform progress payment valuations and prepare final accounts. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Chartered or experienced in commercial construction. Proficient in Auto CAD.
