Existing client of mine is hopeful to find an experience manager to join them in the next couple of weeks to work with them hybrid basis for 12 months FTCThe salary is set at £28-30k non neg. 2/3 days office-based rest at home or you can work in the office each day read on to find out more! Responsible for the management of a large Accounts Payable Team 6-7 Establish and build strong relationships both internal and external to ensure excellent levels of communication. Plan and manage workload and timetable to ensure deadlines are met. Review of parked report, managing query resolution with team Clearing down aged GRNI, authorised by Manager Ensure Queries and overdue accounts are managed and resolved quickly as to prevent business critical situations. Complete and maintain accurate Master Data. Complete Weekly Payment Runs. Complete Period End tasks to deadline Ensure regular meetings with each colleague Provide Training to ensure team performance is maximised and colleagues reach their full potential. Set Objectives and performance reviews throughout the year for the Team. Continually review and plan your own personal development plan. Lead by example and demonstrate PAH behaviours at all times, ensuring colleagues demonstrate them too. Report into and work closely with the AP Manager to review and plan the workload and focus. Participate and manage the requirements of the internal and external audit. Cover Ad hoc tasks as and when required.
