Fostering Regional Manager : Therapeutic IFA GBP48,000 : GBP51,000 per annum + GBP2,100 car allowance Non Stop Care is working with an Independent fostering Agency with a very good reputation in the West Midlands in order to help them recruit for a Fostering Regional Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be part of a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency. They provide ongoing therapeutic training allowing you to enhance your skills within therapeutic fostering. Responsibilities: The Regional Manager will manage a very experience team of Supervising Social Workers to ensure that the highest quality therapeutic fostering services are delivered for the children. You will be based at their office in Tamworth, however you will have the flexibility to do some of the work from home. This role is open due to internal promotion. This means you will also have the opportunity to progress your career with them.
