The Package: Salary: Circa £55,000 to £70,000 DOEBonus Scheme Hours Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours to support Business needs Holiday Entitlement 25 days per annum plus bank holidays Attractive package The Role: As the Service Manager/Director you will be managing Service Delivery for our client’s customer base in the Air cargo equipment industry. The Service Manager will provide first class post-sales support to Key Customers in Belgium and the UK-Ireland and overall provide a professional and dynamic Customer Service which will enhance the Companies service offer & customer experience. The Candidate: Knowledge, skills & experience: Degree or HNC qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar.4 years’ experience in the electrical & mechanical maintenance of plant, production or manufacturing machinery with an indentured apprenticeship in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Certification / training in H&S procedures & safe practices. The ability to communicate at all levels both verbal and written. Qualified to a minimum of 17th Edition Electrical Regulations. Knowledgeable in the use and programming of PLC’s writing, fault finding and bug fixing with PLC control code.10 years’ Service management experience In the job you'll be tasked with the following: Job Purpose: To provide an effective post sale Support Function to all Companies customers.
