Corporate Tax Manager Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Benefits I am currently seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join one of the leading Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisor firms. You will manage the compliance affairs of a portfolio of various corporate and personal clients. You will be supporting the Business Tax Team in providing advisory services on more complex tax matters such as incorporations, IT/CGT planning, reconstructions, and more. Duties: You will prepare the Corporate Tax Returns. Manage and take ownership of a portfolio of clients, reporting to the Corporate Tax Principal. Maintain precise records of Corporation Tax Returns and ensure timely submission of all Returns. Complete all aspects of tax work in compliance with the Firms procedures. Handle inquiries and assist staff and Principals in dealing with them. Analyse tax planning issues and provide advice. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within accountancy firm Must have experience in corporate tax and the ability to handle a portfolio of owner: managed businesses Essential to be a qualified CTA. Taking responsibility for compliance work and identifying tax planning opportunities. Understanding of interaction with non: corporate taxes would be an advantage.
