My client is a top operative in the Hospitality Industry with multiple food and beverage concepts and hotels in the Mediterranean. They are currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and development with a project in Malta, which has resulted in the need of a Project Manager focus Engineering Services to join the team. This position is based in Malta. The missions and responsibilities: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the engineering services in both mechanical and electrical disciplines. You willoversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. develop and deliver comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of mechanical and electrical engineers. monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement necessary changesmanage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports. establish quality control processes and ensure adherence to industry standards. conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with specifications and implement corrective actions to address non-compliance or quality issues. The Right Candidate: Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Mechanical Engineering or in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering services, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical disciplines. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ideally already. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
