An opportunity has arisen for a CNC Machinist to join a multi-talented team of CAD Designers and Toolmakers within a business that specialise in new injection mould tool manufacture, tooling repairs and modifications. As a CNC Machinist, your duties will include - Producing precision components from drawings using CNC machines Program, set and operate CNC machines Manual milling and turning Liaising with the toolroom manger to plan and prioritise the workload around the companies needs and requirements Clean and maintain CNC machinery and all associated equipment and working area We are keen to hear from any applicants with - An engineering background and relevant qualification in engineering/CNC machining Experience in CNC machining - operating, setting and programming An ability to read and understand technical drawings and written instructions Exposure to CAD and 3D modelling (Visi, NCG Cam, Machining Strategist) would be beneficial, but not essential On offer for the successful CNC Machinist - A salary 32K - 35K depending on experience 08:00-17:00 Mon to Thursday and 08:00-14:30 Fridays 21 days paid holiday Additional buy back holidays.
