This is an ongoing contract starting from Sepetmber 2023. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to assist SEN pupils and those who are struggling with their attainment goals. You will work with students on a 1:2:1 and small group basis. You will be required to support the Class Teachers and work across a broad range of subject areas. You will be a positive and happy presence in class who is able to provide pupils with encouragement and praise but also capable of managing behaviours. You will be creative, able to think outside the box of how to make the learning accessible for students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Social and Emotional Mental Heath needs. This role would suit a passionate and bubbly personality, someone who likes meeting new people, helping young people and working as part of a team.
