Bookkeeper Required - Part Time Unity Recruitment are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to work in an office based in Pinner.3 - 4 days a week. 9am - 2pm paying £15per hour based on experience. • Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. •Process invoices, payments, and expenses promptly and accurately. •Prepare and submit VAT returns and other relevant financial reports. Bookkeeper Required - Part Time Unity Recruitment are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to work in an office based in Pinner.3 - 4 days a week. 9am - 2pm paying £15per hour based on experience. • Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. •Process invoices, payments, and expenses promptly and accurately. •Prepare and submit VAT returns and other relevant financial reports. •Assist with payroll processing including RTI, Pension and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. •Communicate regularly with clients to address any bookkeeping-related queries or concerns. •Credit control- Chasing customers with overdue invoices. •Collaborate closely with our team to provide exceptional client service and maintain high standards of professionalism. •Adhoc /office Administrative task Qualifications and Skills: •AAT qualification is highly desirable. •Proven experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software. •Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numbers accurately. •Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. •Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner. •A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
