Locum Agency Manager Extremely varied Leadership opportunity where you can make a real difference Autonomy to lead teams and help drive businesses forward Working across the South West region with a focus on Devon, Cornwall About the role The role of the Locum Agency Manager is centred around leading people and striving for high performing teams. You'll be developing people and training them to perform at their best and to the benefit of our customers. Recruiting and motivating team members you’ll enjoy autonomy and responsibility and be creative in your decision making. You'll be available to support our agency partners when required to ensure that our customers receive a seamless service whenever challenges or opportunities arise. With 39 customer servicing locations (agency partners) across the South West you'll have a lot of variety in your role as you work with different teams and offices. Our agencies in the South West vary in size from £5m - £15m gross written premium income and are all different, with self-employed leaders. This is a unique chance to continue to develop your leadership skills in what can often be a pressurized situation that requires you to think on your feet and show resilience, calmness and creativity. When not working in the field at an agency office you will have the option of home working or using an NFU Mutual office as we look to offer flexibility around our business requirements. Although this role is focussed on our agency partners in Devon and Cornwall we are open to applicants in other locations in the South West. About you You'll be an experienced business leader from the insurance or financial services sector who is seeking a new challenge and looking for variety in your role and who is happy to venture outside of your comfort zone. We are looking for candidates with the following skills; People leadership, management, coaching and development Sales experience, used to showing resilience and autonomy Strong,.
