To succeed as a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will: Satisfy guests and team requests in a timely and professional manner enabling the delivery of the brand experience Responsible for the day-to-day performance of housekeeping team members within their given area of responsibility Report and support team to report maintenance issues (using hotel service optimisation / property tool) Effectively mentor and train staff guided by the Housekeeping Manager to achieve and maintain quality brand standards through the execution of departmental trainings including the IHG Way of Clean program Adhere to all legal rules, regulations, and guidelines of the hotel What’s in it for you as our Housekeeping Team Leader: Becoming part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, one of the world’s leading hotel companies - which means global opportunities No zero-hour contracts!
