The successful candidate in this role will provide financial analysis (modeling) and decision support to the Manager and Director of Finance and VPs of various departments. This is a high volume desk, with opportunities to build relationships with Directors and VPs! Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Provide assurance of the financial systems integrity, efficiency and integration utilized for Real Estate reporting and analysis Provide value added insight to the preparation and distribution of Real Estate & Construction reporting and KPI’s Perform financial analysis of real estate lease renewal.
