Employee Benefits Compliance Officer To support Senior Management Function ('SMF') role holder(s) and the business manage risk and operational compliance through the provision of advice and by undertaking core 1Lo D risk and compliance activities to help ensure the business complies with relevant laws and regulation. Ensure both Group and business risk and compliance policies and procedures are implemented and effective within the business. To monitor key systems and controls and provide evidence and MI to senior management to provide confirmation of their effective operation. Location: Flexible Responsibilities: Undertake core risk and regulatory activities including: Co-ordinating the review and update of EB's risk and control backssment Training & competency (including training on key policies and processes) and monitoring the completion of mandatory regulatory training and CPDEnsure relevant controls exist across the business and support/monitor compliance with FCA requirements and Group risk & compliance policies Reviewing and ensuring key businesses processes and documentation put the client first and meet regulatory requirements Reviewing the impact of regulatory developments on EB, considering the impact on EB and business processes and supporting/co-ordinating the delivery of relevant and proportionate operational changes Undertaking regular 1Lo D reviews and QA checks Logging, managing and reporting on Complaints, Breaches and E&Os in line with Group policies Reviewing and signing-off financial promotions, ensuring communications are compliant and technically accurate Identify and raise awareness of improvement areas through root cause analysis in respect of complaints and E&Os and ensure these are fed into training and development and performance management as appropriate Providing information and support in connection with 2Lo D Assurance Reviews and 3Lo D Internal Audits and supporting the monitoring and closing out of key remedial actions Providing.
