Quantity Surveyors Quantity Surveyor needed for a well: established contractor based in West Susinteraction who are looking to employ a well: rounded Quantity Surveyor that takes pride in their work with main contractor experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award: winning organisation. This well: known contractor, who has been working across all of the South, has a team that brings decades of experience working across most industry sectors. Their services provide a range of various project sizes from GBP1m to GBP10m in value and the Quantity Surveyor that they hire will have the opportunity to work and have career progression through their different sectors. You must be able to demonstrate strong contractual expertise, particularly with JCT contracts, and have a comprehensive understanding of contract protocols, payment terms, payment notices, and matters related to delays and extensions of time. In addition, you should be: Highly skilled in subcontract procurement and recognise the critical importance of this process. You must be capable of delivering accurate Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis to the board, assuming responsibility for all aspects of commercial reporting and procedures. A team player with a strong teamwork ethic is essential in this role, as collaboration and cooperation are key to our organisations success. Located within 45 minutes of Shoreham. You will report to the operations manager, the Quantity Surveyor will be dealing with up to 4 projects at one given time so it is vital that you can prove experience working with multiple projects at one time.
