Job title: Associate Urban Designer Location: London Salary: Competitive My client has a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Urban Designer to be based in the London area on a permanent basis. Working with a number of clients in the UK, the right candidate will be working for a successful consultancy providing expertise in spatial planning and design to deliver projects on an extensive range of scales. The role will involve managing and engaging directly with diverse client base contributing towards the development of the team and wider business, while assisting in growing the team and projects. The candidate will be responsible for the following: Taking the lead in translating client demands into deliverable projects and managing the allocation of tasks within the team to ensure excellent programme delivery. Set project strategy and quality standards, organise, and manage contributions of internal and external team. Assist in winning business for the Urban Design Team and broadening the client base. Take the lead in assigned urban design related and multi: disciplinary projects covering urban regeneration projects, development master plans, urban extensions, new settlements, strategic land promotions and urban design advice.
