Position: Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor Location: Positions in Dublin & Cork Salary: Excellent Salary & Package on offer. Our client, a well-established Civil Engineering Contractor, who provide a range of large-scale civil projects are now looking to recruit a Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor for projects in Dublin & Cork. This is a permanent role with the company who have a strong pipeline of works. Position: Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor Location: Positions in Dublin & Cork Salary: Excellent Salary & Package on offer. Our client, a well-established Civil Engineering Contractor, who provide a range of large-scale civil projects are now looking to recruit a Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor for projects in Dublin & Cork. This is a permanent role with the company who have a strong pipeline of works. Main Responsibilities: Managing project budgets, cash flow forecasts, cost plans etc. Reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and cost objectives Progress claims, variations, BOQ’s, tender documents etc. Preparing detailed measurement and take-offs from drawings. Preparing and issuing the subcontractor and supplier tender packages. Collaborate closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and coordination. Minimum Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or equivalent.5+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the Civil industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts and legislation used in Ireland. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills and have the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
