The VP of Sales and Marketing position is a senior full-time role offered at $59 an hour for 40 hours of work per week, plus extended health insurance and three weeks of paid vacation each year. Job Description: • Direct all of the company’s sales and marketing activities and be ultimately responsible for results; • Develop a comprehensive action plan to utilize effective marketing tactics to grow company contracts and maximize sales opportunities; • Significantly expand the company’s reach and client network; • Create a well-defined sales pipeline to attract and retain clients, especially multicultural and new immigrant communities in Ontario; • Maintain an active relationship with key accounts and strategic partners, coordinate their needs with other departments as needed; • Define the company’s sales and marketing budget, develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy while staying within cost allocations; • Establish and implement multi-platform marketing initiatives; • Analyze the performance of sales programs, client outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns, suggest and implement improvements; • Play a substantial role in the company’s management, define sales and marketing goals, and contribute to the company’s overall growth; • Provide performance targets to the sales/marketing team and outside marketing agencies, set KPIs and evaluations; • Direct the work of sales managers and provide mentorship and training on leadership skills, team building, and methods to improve team morale and efficiency; • Oversee the progress of the sales team and ensure sales opportunities are acted upon; • Collaborate with outside marketing agencies to release marketing and promotional materials, provide overall marketing direction and final review before release; • Provide input on client profiles and ensure.
